Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of this position is focused on selling long term HVAC Services. HVAC Sales professionals have the opportunity to get out in the field and meet with customers, listen to their needs and provide long term solutions. We are looking for an ambitious Sales professional with HVAC technical understanding to be a trusted advisor to our client base. 

This position is responsible for creating and selling innovative customized solutions, critical thinking ability will ensure the best customer experience and result in a long term strategy. 

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Create long term relationships that allow customers to accomplish their varied goals, needs and budgets.
  • Work with Service operations to assure sales and operations methods and procedures are in sync to maximize customer experience.
  • Prepare HVAC/mechanical estimates with complete takeoffs of scope of work and required contents of estimate.  
  • Lead HVAC/Special projects sales efforts, including selling directly to new and existing clients.
  • Ensure existing internal service and contracting processes are sufficient and adhered to.
  • Communicate effectively in visual, oral and written form.
  • Promote collaboration, partnerships and positive relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.
  • Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending improvements.
  • Maintains customer confidence by keeping customer information confidential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 Years in customer service, HVAC/Mechanical sales, or relationship management work experience.
  • Candidates that possess experience in HVAC sales/service.
  • BS degree is a plus
  • Self starter
  • Computer skills with knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, CRM)
